China Civil Engineering Society (CCES)
CCES is an academic social organization of civil engineering science and technology workers in China and a part of the Chinese Society of Science and Technology.
CCES is one of the earliest engineering academic groups in China. It was founded in 1912. Its predecessor was the Chinese Society of Engineers founded by Zhan Tianyou, an outstanding civil engineer in modern China. Famous bridge and structural engineering experts Mao Yisheng, Professor Li Guohao, Hou Jie, Xu Ronglie, Tan Qinglian, Guo yunchong and other leading comrades have successively served as the chairman of this Council. CCES leads the experts and technologists to actively hold academic activities around the key and difficult problems in civil engineering, and has made positive contributions to the development of Chinese civil engineering and the improvement of science and technology level in civil engineering.
The main tasks of the society include holding academic activities; publishing scientific and technological books; holding international scientific and technological conferences; providing advice on major issues in national science and technology policies and economic construction; technical service and consultation; continuing education and technical training; popularizing scientific knowledge and advanced technology; recommending and commending outstanding scientific and technological achievements and talents; reflecting members' reasonable demands and providing services for members.

Building Waterproof Branch, China Construction Industry Association
Building Waterproofing Branch, China Construction Industry Association (CCIA) was established in October 1988, affiliated to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC. It is a branch of CCIA, led and supervised by CCIA. It consists of institutions and enterprises throughout the country engaged in waterproofing research, design, construction, management and production of waterproofing materials. The Secretariat of Building Waterproofing Branch, CCIA is located at the Journal Office of Construction Technology.
The working fields of the branch include:
Propagating and implementing the policies and strategies of the state on the construction industry, assisting CCIA to promote industry management; Carrying out investigation in the industry, reporting the demands of building waterproofing enterprises, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and make suggestions to relevant government departments; Promoting advanced concepts, popularizing scientific knowledge of building waterproofing, organizing various types of technical exchange activities, promoting the improvement of building waterproofing theory and technology, etc.
Engineering Construction Academic Committee, the Architectural Society of China
Engineering Construction Academic Committee, established in 2010, is a branch of the Architectural Society of China. It is a social organization formed by the institutions and enterprises in the field of engineering construction. The Secretariat of Engineering Construction Academic Committee is located at the Journal Office of Construction Technology.
